Stockamp, acquired by the Huron Consulting Group in July of 2008, is a business process consulting firm focused primarily on not-for-profit health care organizations. Utilizing proprietary process-management techniques and software, Stockamp helps high-performing hospitals reach the pinnacle of financial and operational excellence. The Stockamp Practice is looking for accomplished, talented and ambitious individuals that have a strong work ethic and a desire to make a difference in the consulting industry.   • Previous consulting experience, preferably in a change management organization
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to identify problems and develop appropriate solutions
  • The ability to multi-task and deal with ambiguity
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and mentor others
  • The ability to represent Stockamp with poise, professionalism and confidence
  • Strong communication skills, must be able to persuade and influence the actions of others
  • Proven client relationship skills

Job Requirements 

  • Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
  • A minimum of 3+ years process re-engineering consulting experience
  • Supervisory experience, including the development and delivery of performance evaluations
  • A bachelor's degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office programs and tools
  • Ability to live in one of the Stockamp Practice's approved living locations
  • Willingness to travel extensively
