• To be considered for the Healthcare Recruiter / Sales position, healthcare experience is not a requirement. Our Senior Recruiters have been with us on average between six to nine years; from diverse professional backgrounds. Just a few include the staffing industry, healthcare recruiting, business development, sales, human resources, retail and management.
• The Healthcare Recruiter / Sales will go through an extensive training program that will provide the tools to be successful in this fantastic industry.
• The Healthcare Recruiter / Sales main goal is to assist healthcare professionals with finding job opportunities at any one of our over 2,000 client hospital/healthcare facilities throughout the United States. The healthcare professional candidates you will be working with include R.N.s, Physical & Occupational Therapists, and Technologists.
• The Recruiter / Sales will be backed-up by an outstanding corporate support team providing his/her clients with the highest level of satisfaction. As your client relationships build, you will find that over 70% of your business will come from continuing relationships, many of these healthcare professionals continuing to work with you for several years.
• It is important that you thrive in a fast paced environment, are persuasive and upbeat. Must be able to manage multiple priorities on behalf of your clients, and enjoy speaking with people by phone.
• The Recruiter / Sales professional will work with healthcare professionals located in every state.
• Our easy to use software provides Recruiters with the best and most efficient way to manage and stay in touch with their prospects and client healthcare professionals.

Annual Income inclusive of generous base plus commission
