Regional Quality Coordinator - Home Health

Job Description

Provides support for all activities related to provision of professional services as it relates to planning, implementing and evaluating the Quality Management, Infection Control, Risk Management for region. Monitors compliance and performance improvement activities within the agency. Reports on outcomes and makes recommendations to Quality Director and Regional Operations Director for activities related to Performance Improvement. Directs CHAP preparation and assists with surveys.

Job Requirements

Education:
Preferred extensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and CHAP regulations pertaining to home health and hospice documentation. Good communication skills and human relations skills required. 
Experience:
Experience in home health care and/or hospice, including competence in quality management. Strong quality or survey experience.
Licenses/Certificates:
Registered Nurse preferred but not required.
Travel:
75% monthly depending on location
