The Manager – Financial Services Support will be responsible for a broad range of performance analytics, financial and root cause analysis, process and policy development and implementation and executive level communication and presentations driving change within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Development of business cases for capital investments related to tools, ticketing processes and system enhancements to reduce revenue leakage.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive organizational efficiencies resulting in procedural excellence.
Provide recommendations that result in strategy and execution for process improvements.
Quantitatively evaluate, recommend and execute action plans based on reporting / analysis in order to enhance the operational efficiency and experience of our internal and external stakeholders.
Frequent communications and presentations to our Executive team identifying service credit adjustment trend reasons and root cause, thus translating impact to the company’s financials.
Manage communication process and delivery to the management of our major internal stakeholders, hosting conference calls, training and directional guidance.
Provide a broad range of performance analytics and reporting as required by business.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of time to deliver strategy and process improvement plans to key stakeholders.
Job Requirements
College degree and 4-6 years professional level experience with 1-3 years supervisory experience for supervisory roles; or 8+ years professional level related experience with 1-3 years supervisory experience for supervisory roles; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.

Experience in settlement processing and the art of negotiation
Able to interpret and communicate often highly technical data and interface with appropriate technical groups such as repair, field techs/NOMs, translations, etc.

Able to handle high stress and confrontation
Preferred Skills:
MBA degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Mathematics, Finance, Accounting or Communication disciplines
