RN Supervisor is responsible for directly supervising 20-25 healthcare staff in the Skilled Nursing Facility in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and direct medical care and assistance to all residents in the healthcare facility.
- Supervise activities and performance functions of nursing stuff on duty.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with government regulatory policies and procedures.
- Ensure that Caretracker documentation is completed each shift.
