 Description Essential Functions:

Adheres to Northland Investment Corporation policies and procedures as they relate to leasing and sales policies such as greeting and meeting prospective residents, proper touring of model and community, closing techniques, and customer follow-up.
Walks the community consistently and immediately communicates all challenges to Community Manager.
Interacts with the public, residents, and staff in a professional and courteous manner, assists with questionsand solves problems.
Has a clear understanding of community accounting and operating procedures.
Provides consistent and professional attention to matters of resident relations and retention.
Administers resident lease folders as well as the renewal process.
Understands local and federal requirements pertaining to the community leasing packet, evictions,security deposit dispositions and fair housing.
Remains informed about current market developments including competition's occupancy, rent structure, amenities and current concessions.
Answers telephone professionally and assists callers with inquiries.
Performs other duties as required by management.

All employees must maintain a neat, clean, and well groomed appearance per Northland Investment Corporation's Standards of Appearance Policy.

This is a full time position, which offers a full benefits package after probationary period.
 RequirementsAbility to read, write, speak and understand the English language in order to communicate with others.
Knowledge and working experience with Windows applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must have prior customer service experience, and must be able to solve problems.
Ability to organize and prioritize work to accomplish goals.
Ability to present a positive attitude and be an effective team member.
Ability to sell and market the community.
Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to keep flexible schedule, including working weekends as required.
