• Must have three to five years supervisory experience in various departments within a retail store environment.
• People Skills – demonstrated success in the areas of leadership, judgment, energy, effective communication, problem solving.  Has ability to train and develop team members.
• Process Skills – demonstrated understanding of all key operational and merchandising functions of the store. Can set work priorities and make assignments to complete work on time.
• Product Knowledge – general knowledge of all and deeper knowledge of many products in all store departments.
• Analytical Skills – Skilled at reviewing and interpreting a financial statement.  Demonstrates ability to identify problem or opportunity areas and establish action plans for improvement.
• College degree is preferred but not required.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
