We are seeking a resourceful and highly effective part-time recruiting Administrative Assistant to play an important role in our success by helping the owner organize and structure recruiting lists and systems. This role helps hire top talent in the Commercial Mortgage Banking and financial industry.
The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative, research, social media, and business skills who needs a flex-time or part-time opportunity. There is also bonus and growth potential for a candidate interested in learning recruiting.
·Develop and use proven, database management recruiting strategies to assist recruiter in filling job openings. Might make 'warm' recruiting sourcing calls.
.Use LINKDED IN, FACEBOOK, MONSTER and CAREERBUILDER to help build lists and contacts
·Track a pipeline of candidates and maintain email relationships with qualified candidates and contacts
. Assist in cultivating relationships with potential candidates and raising brand awareness of our agency by social media maintance.
· Analyze, and research materials and websites to build sources for recruiting in the niche.
‘ Prepare and maintain a detailed weekly plan for the senior recruiter
‘ Update advertising sources as needed
. Send out email blasts and other forms of communications to clients and candidates
. Assist with technology upkeep and other miscellaneous business tasks.
