Position Description

We are seeking a high energy and caring person to be a part of our Customer Care service/repair team at our Akron location (Romig Rd).

This position:

  • Assists our customers on the phone by answering and scheduling service/repair inquiries along with obtaining the information necessary to expedite the our customer orders
  • Ensure accurate orders, resolve customer concerns, funding verification and on the road scheduling
  • Verify all aspects of the customer information and obtain all required forms and signature
  • Provide our customers with product education and information on use of the equipment, including safety issues, funding considerations, delivery schedules, and company policies
 Requirements



This position requires a High School degree or GED equivalent, at least 2 years of previous Customer Service experience, and:

  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and writing
  • Math aptitude – addition, subtraction and division
  • Patience and good listening skills
  • Empathy for others and the ability to make others feel comfortable
  • Attention to details
  • The ability to handle several problems at the same time
  • The ability to make independent decisions, if required
