Prison Health Services, Inc. (PHS) founded the private correctional healthcare field on December 8, 1978 when
we incorporated in the State of Delaware. The exclusive purpose of the newly formed company was and remains to provide quality, cost-effective healthcare services to prisons and jails at the local, county, state, and federal levels nationwide.

- Serve as the application support specialist for assigned application. This includes being the point person for most level 2 and 3 application support requests on assigned applications.
Provide end user phone support while placing an emphasis on customer service.
PC builds and system refreshes.
Insure that all customer requests are resolved in a timely manner.
Insure that the Service Desk maintains a very high standard of service for its customers.
Participate in a PC training program for ASGR end users while utilizing a variety of tools that may include:
Screen capture tools
PHS clinical leadership and on-site professional staff
