QC Holdings, Inc. is a consumer financial services company with more than 550 locations in the U.S. We employ more than 1,800 people in a variety of positions with more than 100 located at the company headquarters in Kansas City.

Q.C. Holdings, Inc. offers competitive, high quality consumer financial products through several of its subsidiaries. Operating in 25 states, the company provides consumers an intelligent choice for meeting their short term financial needs.

In 1992, we began operating our first payday loan store. Having served the same customer base for many previous years, we quickly observed the strong demand for this convenient service. Our customers are middle-income, working individuals, who use our services because they find them to be a convenient source for small, short-term loans.

Many of our executives and senior managers have worked in all levels of our stores. Through this direct, store-level experience, we learned first-hand which products, services and practices were successful. We also learned the importance of creating personal relationships with customers and providing store managers with discretion, under corporate supervision, to determine how best to reach and serve customers in their markets.
Culture
We are a member of the Community Financial Services Association of America (CFSA) and are committed to responsible industry practices that lead to customer satisfaction. CFSA was formed in 1999 to promote laws and regulations that balance the interests of the payday loan industry with those of consumers, and to support and encourage responsible industry practices. We fully comply with CFSA Best Practices, which include providing full disclosure to customers, complying with all state and federal laws, advertising truthfully, encouraging and promoting consumer responsibility, and championing other specific actions to help regulate the industry.
