Citadel was established in 1937 as the Lukens Steel Company Employees Credit Union. In 1983, we expanded our charter to become a community credit union, serving residents of Chester County, Pennsylvania and the city of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Today, we have more than 80,000 members and over 200 Corporate Partners.
