Leadership Team
Michael E. Brohm
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Brohm comes to Cornerstone with over 25 years of multi-hospital management experience. His background includes operations management, finance, strategy and business development within multiple healthcare industries. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Mike served as Chief Operating Officer for Regency Hospital Company where he was responsible for the growth and operating results for over 20 LTAC hospitals.
Kenneth J. McGee
Vice President of Hospital Operations
Mr. McGee has extensive operational and clinical experience within the LTAC and short stay acute hospital industries. He has served as hospital Chief Executive Officer and Chief Clinical Officer with Select Medical Corporation and other LTAC companies. Ken is a registered nurse and has earned advanced degrees in management, finance, organization behavior and employee motivation.
Patrick Ryan
Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Ryan is responsible for provider relations and revenue growth working with our hospital CEOs. His prior experience included responsibility for provider relations and census growth for 22 LTAC hospitals as Executive Director of Referral Services for Regency Hospital Company . He also served as Director of Provider Relations and as a licensed Respiratory Therapist for Select Medical Corporation.

Pulmonary Medicine Program
The Cornerstone Pulmonary/Ventilator Program provides individualized treatment for patients with a wide variety of cardiopulmonary/medical needs ranging from supplemental oxygen therapies to complex ventilator management and weaning strategies. Cornerstone offers mechanical ventilation support management and weaning utilizing invasive and noninvasive techniques. Cornerstone’s Pulmonary Program is managed by physicians with years of experience who specialize in pulmonology and critical care. This care enables the patient adequate time to return to optimal levels of functioning.
Cornerstone’s Pulmonary Program offers:
