Specialized pharmacists and technicians staff three virtually seamless state-of-the-art care centers and respond to pharmaceutical care inquiries from patients, nurses, and physicians around the clock. These care centers provide thousands of points of contact each day, and are supported by a high-tech enterprise computing infrastructure.

Since its inception, excelleRx has accumulated a repository of demographic, disease state, prescription, and economic and clinical outcome data on patients. The collected data is interpreted and augmented through excelleRx's proprietary on-line software called Xeris®. Xeris users are empowered to visualize pharmacotherapy plans, obtain pertinent comparative longitudinal results of therapy, and perform an array of manipulations.

Xeris has enabled excelleRx to begin creating an expert system, Predictive Pharmacotherapy Outcomes System (PPOS)™. This relational, evidence-based tool will allow prescribers to select therapy for patients based on the accumulated evidence of what worked best for which types of patients.
