Logistics Sales Management Training Program

The Logistics Sales Management Training Program is designed to prepare candidates for a successful sales career within TQL.

The program lasts 6 months and includes a mix of classroom and hands-on instruction under the guidance of professional trainers and senior level sales professionals.

Candidates begin the training program in the position of Logistics Account Executive Trainee (LAET). As part of the program, candidates will develop a comprehensive knowledge of:

• The logistics industry
  
• The elements that give TQL a competitive advantage
  
• Sales techniques to help build a successful and rewarding career
  

As candidates master the skills necessary to succeed, they advance toward the position of Logistics Account Executive (LAE).
