Qualified Leads
Precision Dialing Services (PDS), Inc., a subsidiary of USHEALTH Group, generates targeted, pre-qualified health insurance leads specifically for our career agents! These leads are ordered and at the manager's option can be delivered "real time" via PDS' proprietary electronic systems.

Cross-Selling Initiatives
USHEALTH Career's strategic business relationships with certain non-affiliated entities provide our career agents with additional products and services that enhance their existing product portfolio. This increased portfolio helps them maximize their customer relationships, improve retention, and increase the agent's income.

Agent-Initiated Prospecting
Prospecting can often be difficult for an agent. As such, we provide a number of tools and resources designed to make prospecting easier on the agent. USHEALTH Academy, Inc.
All our new agents have the opportunity to qualify for advanced professional sales training provided by our affiliate USHEALTH Academy, Inc. This training will be conducted at our home office in Fort Worth, TX, during a robust three-day seminar with all expenses of the qualifying agent's attendance at the Academy paid for by USHEALTH Career.

Field Training and Support
We provide training that develops specific sales techniques, such as sales and presentation skills, and helps hone a new agent's knowledge of our products and positioning.
