Overview

I started RepuCare in 1995 to provide healthcare staffing and on-site healthcare services to provider, corporate, state and federal healthcare programs. Our mission is to keep people healthy, and if they become injured or ill, to get them back to good health. We do that by providing quality staff to care for the patients of our healthcare partners and by providing and managing on-site employee health services for employers.

RepuCare provides a wide range of staffing to support healthcare programs encompassing primary care, occupational health, wellness and state sponsored healthcare programs. Our excellent medical staff, value proposition and commitment to quality and service at a reasonable cost, has been instrumental in the growth of our health care services and staffing businesses.

We are active in the community and support the advancement of many philanthropic causes. We give back to the community in many ways and devote considerable time and resources to this endeavor.

Culture
RepuCare provides primary care, urgent care, occupational health and therapy services through an on-site vehicle, where they have the most immediate impact on outcomes and cost.
  • Primary care. Convenient and immediate access to a primary care practitioner for diagnosis and treatment of illnesses and injuries, integration with wellness and health education and coordination of off-site and specialty providers to optimize care and cost.
  • Occupational healthcare. Treatment of work related injuries and illnesses, return-to-work programs that are designed to accelerate recovery and increase productivity, physical therapy that accelerates return-to-work and injury prevention programs.
  • Physical therapy. Convenient for both work and non-work related injuries by bringing the therapist to the employee for treatment. Enhances continuity of care and limits lost work time from travel to and from a clinic and by eliminating wait time.
  • Case management. Coordination of medical care with all providers and facilitating communications and logistics issues with the patient, family and providers to insure optimal patient and cost outcomes of potentially high cost cases.
  • Health risk management. Reduce potentially high downstream costs with programs that proactively prevent diseases and conditions from arising and aggressively managing those that already exist. Focus on prevention, education and lifestyle changes.

RepuCare provides a wide range of staffing services for healthcare programs including contract staffing, project staffing, temporary staffing, temp-to-hire and direct hire in the following areas:

  • Insurance. Prior authorization, utilization review, case management and quality/audit.
  • Nurses. Advanced practice nurses, specialty and med/surg RNs, LPNs.
  • Allied Health. Physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapists.
  • Physicians. Primary care, urgent care, occupational health and psychiatry.
  • Pharmacy. Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
  • Behavioral Health. Mental health specialists, social workers and case managers.
  • Dental. Dental hygienists and dental assistants.
  • Health Promotion. Provider relations, education, outreach specialists, health coaches.
  • On-site clinics. Physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and medical assistants.
