Reimbursement Technologies, Inc. (RTI), founded in 1991, provides comprehensive service-oriented billing and financial management services for emergency and hospital medicine physicians RTI employs nearly 1,000 people and processes the billing for over thirteen million patients annually.

Due to extensive growth, RTI opened a satellite office in St. Louis, Missouri in 2002. Document imaging and paperless technologies enable additional processing for coding and A/R follow-up from this satellite office.
