Grace Healthcare was founded in 1997 to manage Nursing Care and Rehabilitation Facilities developed or acquired by Sunland Corporation. Grace Healthcare's corporate offices are located in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and the company manages thirty six (36) facilities in twelve (12) states.

Grace Healthcare's nursing facilities are all licensed, certified Skilled Nursing Facilities, licensed by the individual licensing authority within the state in which they operate. Grace facilities are members of their individual state's professional association, and are members of the American Healthcare Association, which is the national professional organization for licensed Nursing Facilities.
Grace Healthcare also participates in the Federal Office of Inspector General's Corporate Compliance Program, which is a federally approved plan, whereby the member healthcare companies set up their own internal corporate program, sanctioned by the federal government, to promote and uphold recognized ethical and legal standards in the conduct of business with the federal government and the general public. We support these initiatives, and regularly inform and train our employees in the adherence to these program standards.
