APR Consulting, Inc. (APR) is a full spectrum “staffing solution provider” that has been catering to companies based in Southern California for over 25 years. APR started out as two independent companies providing contract programming services to aerospace and banking industries from 1972 through 1980. These two companies merged and incorporated in the State of California in September of 1980. Since the 80’s and 90’s to the present APR has been providing contractors, consultants, and full time professionals in a full profile of services including Recruited Services. APR offers this service in the following areas: Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Executive Search, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, Administration and Office Support. In the 90’s APR expanded the Recruited Services by hiring personnel identified by clients to perform specific tasks on a temporary basis. This is APR’s Payroll Service. APR has successfully developed its business by nurturing a select group of clients and concentrating efforts on maintaining the highest level of service possible based on integrity and character. The results have been a better understanding of customer needs, improved communications, quality staffing, and competitive pricing. Over the past three years, APR has expanded even more. APR is now offering and providing a Managed Services Program to its clients. Managed Services Program streamlines the management of temporary Staffing functions. Instead of dealing with multiple vendors, APR clients only deal with APR. APR takes care of coordinating all interviews, hiring, invoicing and dealings with other vendors on clients’ behalf. APR’s success stems from the strong relationships it develops with both clients and candidates. By working closely with customers, APR gains a solid understanding of the customer’s business and is better able to find consultants who not only have the required technical skills but fit in with the customer’s culture and business environment. By maintaining strong ties with its consultants, APR builds loyalty within its workforce, enabling APR to retain its consultants for a longer period of time. Consultants who work for APR frequently stay on-board from project to project with each assignment averaging more than six months. Today, APR’s future looks even brighter. APR has an enormous database of available professionals and topnotch Internet resources that give us access to professionals in every industry. APR currently serves its clients nationwide from six locations. In addition, APR is a minority and woman-owned business. It is certified by the Small Business Administrator (SBA) as a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) enterprise and by SCRPC, the City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, LACMTA, and the Minority and Women-Owned Business Clearinghouse as an MBE/WBE.
