Each partnership bank operates as a separate division of the HomeTrust Banking Partnership with its own Board of Directors, management team, employees, and hometown identity.

    The HomeTrust Banking Partnership includes HomeTrust Bank, Tryon Federal Bank, Shelby Savings Bank, Home Savings Bank, and Rutherford County Bank. The Banking Partnership allows each member institution to maintain its own identity, while combining resources to achieve common goals and preserve hometown banking in their local communities. As a member of the Partnership, each bank has the capacity to offer commercial real estate loans as large as $19 million.

    Together, the HomeTrust Banking Partnership has assets of over $1 billion and is the largest mutual bank headquartered in North Carolina and the 2nd largest in the Southeast.
