History
Holiday Retirement was founded in 1971 as Holiday Retirement Corp. (HRC) a management company with general partnership.

The Company currently employs over 7,500 people with approximately 200 located in its company headquarters in Salem, Oregon.

Holiday Retirement, with its predecessor HRC, has spent over 40 years developing the infrastructure for the management of multiple retirement projects in the United States and Canada while maintaining a consistently high quality of service for Holiday residents.
