Our Team Culture
The people at VIII are by far our strongest assets and are our biggest investments. The team here is the main reason why we have tripled in size in the past three years. Our firm has a very high success rate of developing sports-minded individuals into top performers in a management capacity. The associates at VIII are hard working professionals who take their “Winning Mindsets” and apply them to lucrative marketing and business careers. We develop our own people (starting at the entry level) rather than hiring people with habits counteractive to our mission. This means that all of our managers and top senior staff are grown organically from the ground up and are promoted from within.
