Health Insurance
All Medical offers affordable health care for you and your family. To become eligible, or maintain your eligibility, work an average of 25 hours per week for a three-month period. All Medical will contribute to your monthly cost and you may include dependent coverage for an additional cost. Your contribution is deducted directly from your wages; there will be no income tax or social security deduction on your premium amount.
401(k)
Our employees may elect to place a portion of their paychecks into a tax-deductible 401(k) retirement fund. To be eligible you must have worked 1,000 hours during a calendar year and be on our payroll on December 3. In addition, All Medical Personnel will add 10 percent to your annual plan contribution.
Holiday Pay
All Medical offers our employees six paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Eligibility is determined by working 440 hours during the 13 consecutive weeks prior to the holiday and working both the day before and the day after the holiday.
Vacation Pay
After working 1,500 hours in the 12-month period following your start date, you will receive a check for $200 (gross). Every 1,500 hours thereafter you will be entitled to an additional $200 (gross).
Day Care Reimbursement
After your three-month probationary period, you are eligible to receive $50 a month toward your day care costs. You must bring a signed certification from a licensed agency in order to be approved.
