Providence Hospital and Carroll Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center are at the core of the Providence Health System. Both the Hospital and Carroll Manor are proud of their accreditation from the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and strive daily to maintain this nationally recognized achievement. Meeting the strict standards of the Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons, Providence is distinguished as a Comprehensive Community Cancer Center. In addition, Providence's Diabetes Education Outpatient Program has been awarded Recognition by the American Diabetes Association in accordance with the National Standards for Diabetes Self Management Education Programs. The Mammography Center follows the high quality standards required by law and is accredited by the American College of Radiology and certified by the Food and Drug Administration.
