VACATION, HOLIDAY & PERSONAL LEAVE DAYS Our employees are awarded these days during their first year of employment based on their date of hire. Vacation time increases depending on the length of time an employee stays with us. PAID SICK DAYS Employees away from work because of an illness or injury receive full pay under our paid sick days program. Employees are also able to use sick days for a family member who is ill. We offer five paid sick days each year. MEDICAL & DENTAL There are several types of managed care plans offered including Network and HMO options to give our employees choice and flexibility. Some plans even offer vision care and mail-order prescriptions. LIFE & ACCIDENT INSURANCE The company offers life and accident insurance plans to help protect our employees and their beneficiaries. We provide 1X the annual salary at no cost to our employees. Additional coverage is also available for them and their family members. DISABILITY PLANS We offer both short and long term plans to help compensate employees recovering from illnesses or injuries. EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM This program offers confidential, professional counseling assistance to employees and their families. GROUP LEGAL SERVICES This optional plan provides employees with legal services covered at 100% when they use a network attorney.
