Culture
Generally Small Smiles employs a staff of 20 to 25 professionals. Our typical facility is 8,000 to 9,000 square feet and represents a significant investment in the community. New state of the art equipment allows our staff to administer dental care at the highest professional level. • 10 Operative Rooms • 6 Hygiene Chairs in the Hygiene Bay • 3 Parent Consult Rooms • KAVO hand pieces • 3 Intra-Oral X-Ray Machines • 1 Panoramic X-Ray Machine • Individual offices for each dentist The Small Smiles office is designed with children and young adults in mind. Interior designs feature bright colors, toys, children's furniture in the lobby, child friendly artwork, sports, cartoon themed rooms and stuffed animals.
