You see, we weren’t actually little miniature recruiters in kindergarten. We didn’t hatch from some little corporate cloning device. We were born, grew, made friends (even before Facebook) and became pretty neat people. We got dressed up and drove across town for jobs, waited in lobbies, and were interviewed by people that apparently didn’t spend a whole lot of time preparing for the meeting.
