    In-House Training

    P1 Group has made a commitment to give every employee the opportunity to succeed and advance their careers in this company. To do so, we understand excellent training is crucial, which is why we have developed an in-house educational system that allows associates of P1 Group to grow based on their chosen career path.


    P1 University offers an array of courses in a classroom setting and through self-paced study materials. Utilizing a combination of experienced P1 Group employees, contracted trainers and self-paced study guides, course topics range from proposal writing to project management techniques to proper use of the company's sophisticated project management, accounting and scheduling software.


    As part of P1 Group's education efforts, the company built the P1 Training Center. The Center provides state-of-the-art equipment and resources necessary to complete the technical training required for today's mechanical and electrical systems. The P1 Training Center has complete and operating commercial-type systems, exposing all trainees to actual operating conditions using simulated HVAC and electrical systems
