WellMed Medical Group is the largest physician-owned practice management company in South Texas, specializing in senior health care. We began operations in 1990, and today we serve more than 70,000 patients, most of whom are Medicare-eligible seniors. WellMed has over 20 medical clinics and over 30 affiliated physicians’ offices across the Greater San Antonio area and the Treasure Coast of Florida. Our services include on-site pharmacies, X-ray and labs at many of our clinics, as well as specialists on staff, including podiatry and dermatology.

All of WellMed’s services go above traditional doctor offices. Additionally, our WellMed patients have access to professionals who assist with disease management as well as some transportation and prescription services for qualified patients.
