Overview

MBS Integrated Care is a team of nurse practitioners providing comprehensive on-site medical care at long-term care facilities and private home house calls.

Our on-site presence allows ongoing care and attention to details. We are able to monitor and treat conditions that may not be easily addressed in a traditional medical office setting. The aging or acutely ill population has unique medical needs that require a team approach in the delivery of care. The MBS Integrated Care team is focused entirely on geriatric healthcare and the day-to-day health needs of the elderly. Our care model is especially helpful during transitions between residential settings, hospitalization and specialty consultations. We can also help coordinate home health services, hospice care and mobile diagnostic testing in the home.
