The answers to this question led to the development of a custom branded Pro-Employment Web Portal that allows not only for the management of an employee referral program, but also allows job seekers to search and apply for jobs on the website, advertising of the benefits of becoming part of the team and a section to promote the company as an employer of choice. This particular custom site was launched in February 2005 and is a successful part of the HR strategy.
