Northwest Staffing Resources is a privately owned and operated temporary, temporary to hire and direct hire staffing organization founded in May 1985 with the purpose of providing broad-based staffing services to the West Coast’s premier companies. Our original vision of being the Northwest’s leading provider of personnel services remains the same today as we enter our third decade of operation.

Our customer base includes large and small companies in a broad array of industries including insurance, financial/banking, manufacturing & distribution, legal, information technology, medical, dental and government. We offer our customers expertise in on-site vendor programs, employee testing and evaluation services, project management, executive search and placement and many other programs.

The NSR Family of Companies – Northwest Staffing Resources, Resource Staffing Group and Legal Northwest are represented by branch operations throughout Oregon, Washington and California. Northwest Staffing Resources’ six Portland/Vancouver area offices specialize in full service commercial staffing. Our specialty division, Legal Northwest, is located in downtown Portland and provides targeted staffing services of all levels to the legal community.

NSR also has offices in Bellevue and Kent, Washington and Sacramento area, California under our brand Resource Staffing Group. Resource Staffing Group provides full service commercial staffing and also provides specialty recruiting and placement in the legal, dental and accounting fields.

With offices in these Western states, we are strategically positioned to assist local, regional and national client companies in their search for quality personnel and staffing solutions.
