Diversified Sourcing Solutions was founded with the idea of being a service that could provide employees very quickly when our clients needed them. Extended office hours, a strong sense of urgency, and ownership throughout our staff facilitates our ability to make that idea a reality. The ability to maintain multiple office locations in most of our markets supports a quick response when required by our clients. This idea has been constant throughout our growth since 1990.

Diversified Sourcing Solutions began with three offices and has grown to twenty locations in six states. Diversified Sourcing Solutions is managed on a regional basis with four Regional Vice Presidents working with local management in each office location. Our corporate office and Principal Owners are based in Douglasville, Georgia, twenty miles west of Atlanta.

The Principal Owners and Regional Vice Presidents of our company average twenty years experience in this industry and the majority of key managers within our company have tenure of at least five years.There are few other industries where experience counts as much as the staffing industry!
