Competitive Salary
Timken pays for performance. We’re competitive in the markets where we live and work, and offer continued opportunities for motivated associates to expand their roles and compensation.

Annual Performance Award (APA)
Salaried associates are eligible for this variable pay program that’s designed to reward corporate business unit and individual performance. The APA is an important part of total cash compensation. It’s paid as a percentage of annual base earnings.

Global Exposure
Timken has operations in 26 countries—which means you can work with customers, vendors and other associates around the world. Depending on role and performance, some associates will be offered international assignments and positions.

Educational Assistance Program
