The two-story, 120 bed facility has been custom designed for optimum safety, accessibility and comfort. Standards of quality and continuity of care are exceptional. In fact, Regency has ranked at the top of state surveys for five years running, and members of our nursing staff average nearly a decade of continuous service. We have also been
awarded the highest 5-star rating in Gannett News Service's recent statewide review as reported in USA Today. Services range from 24-hour skilled nursing to rehabilitation therapies and assistance with basic requirements of daily living.

Residents and families alike appreciate our luxurious rooms, sumptuous dining with choice of delicious meals, beautifully appointed living, dining and recreation areas, and stimulating schedule of activities and entertainment. Outside, our park-like grounds, complete with gardens, gazebos, waterfalls, fountains, fish ponds and walkways offer a perfect setting for socializing or quiet reflection.

Convenient to major roadways and public transportation, Regency Gardens is adjacent to award-winning St. Joseph's Wayne Hospital, one of the area's premier acute care institutions.
Culture
Our commitment to caring goes beyond the walls of our facilities. As advocates for the elderly, frail and chronically ill, we believe it is our responsibility to give back to our neighbors in each of the communities we serve. We put this belief into action through our Regency Alliance on Senior Care. Over the recent years, we have distributed tens of thousands of educational pamphlets, hosted senior seminars and caregiver day events and funded scholarships. In addition, free guidance to families on any senior care-related issue is always available through our toll-free 877 number.

listening to our residents and patients. Always respecting their capabilities while
helping them to achieve maximum functionality and independence. And always
maintaining the highest professional and quality standards in our staff and our
facilities.
Products
At our regularly scheduled Care Plan Meetings families are encouraged to meet with our representatives from our Nursing, Social Service, Dietary,Therapy and Activity departments and discuss ways to improve or augment their loved one's agenda. Our Quality Assurance meetings are designed to spot areas that need improvement facility-wide. Our goal is to be forward thinking and to continue to be leaders with new programming, services and the latest in cutting edge technology and equipment. All this while absolutely aintaining the warmth of a homey environment.

The Food Service Director, Dietician and Dietary Staff serve varied, well-balanced meals individually tailored to the medical needs and personal preferences of the individual resident. At our Meal Planning Committee Meetings, the residents meet with the Food Service Director to discuss their
likes and dislikes and plan their "Resident Choice" meal.

Meals are served "restaurant style". Glatt Kosher meals are available.Several special programs such as Sunshine Cafe and Lincoln Center are available for those residents who have special needs.
