Our mission is to become the number one provider of contract services in the telecommunications business.

We will achieve our goals by developing teams of motivated, skilled and highly-trained personnel in key areas to include: Cable, Phone and Data installation, Sales, Disconnects, Audit, Construction and Line Maintenance, System Rebuilds, and Commercial Business Services.

Over the years, RAB Communications has designed, developed and implemented a number of internal processes and procedures that guarantee predictable results. All standard operating procedures are documented and posted in the shop. Key directives from Management regarding operational changes are documented in the form of an Ops Bulletin and posted on the company bulletin board. Bottom line, all communications to the workforce are documented, in addition to being reviewed at group meetings. All employees receive an employee handbook. The Project Manager reviews the employee handbook with all new hires.

RAB Communications utilizes a web-based workforce management system to increase control of client inventory and consigned equipment. This system allows our warehouse teams the ability to track the location of each device, print reports, and produce signature sheets for technicians. We also use state-of-the-art web-based accounting and payroll programs to optimize administrative efficiencies. The combined utilization of modern technology and presence of professional staff is critical to the success and long-term stability of our organization.
