We offer a broad range of competitive Personal, Commercial, Specialty, and Farm Lines insurance products and services. We are represented by nearly 400 independent agencies in 13 states. We have received an “A” (Excellent) rating by A.M. Best.

Fun Facts

• SECURA is more than 100 years old. It was formed because a Wisconsin farming community came together to rebuild and protect from storms.

• The first SECURA associates were paid $5/week. (Don’t worry, we promise to compensate you better than that!)

• The background pictures for our Website, www.secura.net, were taken at our Home Office in Appleton, and individuals in them are real SECURA associates. (And you thought they were models!)

• Our president and CEO, John Bykowski, is tall enough to leap buildings in a single bound, and brave enough to perform karaoke in front of hundreds’ of his own associates!

• Our Learning and Development Department holds regular “Lunch-n-Learns” that focus on mind, body, and spirit. Associates can enjoy their lunch while learning about subject that range from Child Internet Safety, to Healthy Meals at Home, to A Day in the Life of a Disc Jockey! We strive to support unique interests in all our Lunch-n-Learn topics.

• Approximately 58% of our associates donate an hour of pay each month to the United Way, resulting in a total annual contribution of over $64,000 in 2010. Gotta love that!
