Mission
Our goal at Lakeshore Marketing Group, Inc is to provide our staff with the tools to master client acquisitions and sales, and grow into leadership positions. LMG employee training prepares for negotiating with clients, develops effective communication skills, and fosters a professional work ethic.

​Within our organizational structure, all of our managers within the company have worked their way up, and consequently, has held every position they oversee. We believe in promoting from within, and will only provide management positions to current employees who constantly show their dedication and loyalty to the firm.

​We start individuals off in the Marketing Specialist position where they will learn marketing, sales presentations, and contract negotiations. When they demonstrate mastery of these skills, the Marketing Specialist is promoted to the role of Leadership Mentor. At this role they are responsible for learning interviewing, training, and management of employees. From there we promote them to a Campaign Director and then Managing Partner role where the individual works with clients on a corporate level and also helps develop strategies to penetrate entirely new markets and to acquire new clients.
