To ensure you have the support you need 24 hours a day, Seven days a week, you will be provided with the Grafton Support Line Number. Grafton guarantees a 10-minute response time on the Support Line.
Scheduled management meetings will be maintained on a regular basis to assure direct communication and unfiltered feedback on our employees and our services.
Grafton recognizes the importance of special conditions that long-term assignments present. Grafton will require all Associates to review and sign an Associates Agreement as a condition of their long-term assignment.
