Leadership Development Program

The Allstate Leadership Development Program is designed to accelerate development of the new breed of leaders from diverse backgrounds that will take us into the future.

 

Participants will have the opportunity to jump-start their leadership career by participating in three 1-year targeted and structured rotational assignments that align to core business functions. Formal learning opportunities are offered throughout the program including a dedicated curriculum, action learning challenges, two formal learning conferences, exposure to key leaders and the opportunity to build your professional network.
