Headquartered in Nashville, TN, Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is the U.S. subsidiary of Bridgestone Corporation, the world’s largest tire and rubber company. We develop, manufacture and market a wide range of Bridgestone, Firestone and associate brand tires to address the needs of a broad range of customers, including consumers, automotive and commercial vehicle original equipment manufacturers, and those in the agricultural, forestry and mining industries. Our companies are also engaged in retreading operations, producing air springs, roofing materials, and industrial fibers and textiles. Our Americas family of companies also operates the world’s largest chain of automotive tire and service centers.

Products
Bridgestone Americas sells tires for passenger, light truck, truck, bus, construction, mining, agricultural, motorcycle and kart applications through more than 12,000 outlets.

Our network of independent dealers, company-owned stores, discount stores and warehouse clubs combine to offer our quality products throughout the Americas.

While we're known for our tires, Bridgestone Americas also manufactures and markets a variety of other rubber products, including building and industrial products, and fibers and textiles.
College
For College Graduates there is a Navigator Training Program (NTP).

The NTP is a six-month training program for recent college graduates designed to familiarize the new Bridgestone Americas teammate with the company including the LLCs and a number of key locations. NTP teammates travel to various plants and offices throughout the Americas to gain knowledge of the company and its operations. Teammates will also participate in two nine-week work assignments based upon their disciplines. After the six-month training program is complete, candidates are expected to move into positions throughout the company.

Candidates must be open to relocation anywhere within the United States to participate in this program.
