Paid Vacations - You will receive one week paid vacation for every 2000 hours worked. Holiday Pay - You are eligible for paid holidays when you complete 700 hours of employment with STAFFWORKS. You must work the scheduled day before and the scheduled day after the holiday to be paid for the holiday. Paid holidays are as follows:
  • New Year's Day Memorial Day
  • Independence Day Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day Health Insurance - As an employee of STAFFWORKS you have health insurance available through ANTHEM Health for you and your family. This is a wonderful short option to have during your flexible staffing period. Contact us today for further information. Worker's Compensation - In the event you are injured when working on an assignment for STAFFWORKS, you may be eligible for worker's compensation benefits. Recruiting Bonus - If you refer someone to STAFFWORKS who then works 80 hours, you will receive a bonus for your referral! Your STAFFWORKS Representative will have more details. Employee of the Month - Each month a STAFFWORKS employee is chosen as Employee of the Month. This is based on an overall job performance rating and entitles the employee a great gift and peer recognition in the Employee Newsletter. Competitive Wages - At STAFFWORKS we "reveal" all of your skills to get the best wage for your talent. Career Training - If you are interested in learning or improving your skills in data processing, word processing, creating spreadsheets or navigating in a windows environment then STAFFWORKS is your agency. With our Prevaluate Testing and Tutorial Programs you can educate and test yourself on the latest software programs to give you the competitive edge. STAFFWORKS Education Solutions - We at STAFFWORKS believe in investing in our resources. Our Employees.
