in 1988, RiverPoint is a privately held IT professional services firm providing
technical staffing solutions to organizations in the Midwest.  We are a quality-directed organization
supplying highly qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire and
direct placement opportunities to clients ranging from small, independently

·         We take a proactive approach when partnering with our client, working together with them to assess their current and future staffing needs.  This helps our client plan for future projects instead of react to a staffing shortage.  Our team stays involved with each project because ongoing involvement means knowing more about the client’s business and their unique needs.


To meet the needs of our consulting staff, RiverPoint has a flexible employment model.  We are the only IT Services firm in the area to offer a full time employment model with complete benefits, paid time off and bench time in between assignments.  In addition we have more traditional W2 hourly and Corp-to-Corp contracting options. Our employee benefits can include some or all of the following based on our consultant’s needs:

We are a permanent employer - retaining a staff of developers and other technical people to serve our client demands. When our associates are in between client assignments they train to develop new skills, work on internal development projects or assist our staff.

We have annual salary and performance reviews to make sure that as you develop new skills that you are recognized and compensated for your efforts.

We have regular company-sponsored business and social events including quarterly company dinners, “RiverPoint Day at the K”, bowling, picnics and other fun events so you and the people close to you can get to know the RiverPoint community.
