Vacation All regular full-time GENCO teammates are eligible for paid vacation. Vacation eligibility is based on the total length of service with GENCO. 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan - GENCO's Retirement plan is designed to help you save money on a regular basis in order to provide added income for your retirement. GENCO's matching contribution allows you to maximize your savings. It is administered by Mass Mutual Life Insurance Company of Massachusetts. Healthcare Administered by Highmark SelectBlue, all full-time GENCO teammates are eligible to participate in the health plan. SelectBlue combines the managed care features of a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) with the freedom of choice of any physician in a traditional health care program. Dental All full-time teammates are eligible to participate in the GENCODental program. GENCO's Dental Insurance program is sponsored through Prudential Insurance Company and offers 2 options of service. (1) A DMO or (2) a traditional dental plan. Either plan includes diagnostic and preventative care such as oral exams and x-rays. Prescription Drugs GENCO offers the Premiere Prescription Pharmacy network for prescription drug, The network includes major chains, and independent pharmacies, the co-pay for up to a thirty-four (34) day supply is $10 for generic and $20 for brandname drugs. Generic substitution is mandatory when possible. Life Insurance GENCO provides Life Insurance for all full-time teammates. Additionally, teammates may elect Supplemental and Dependent Life Insurance through payroll deduction. T.A.P. Teammate Assistance Program - TAP is a free, confidental, independant counseling service provided for teammates and their family members.
