Carespring Health Care Management

Carespring has been locally owned and operated since its first facility opened in 1986. Its commitment to ensuring the highest quality of life and care for its residents is reflected in its voluntary efforts to secure accreditation by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

At present, all Carespring Health Care Centers are already or are in the process of becoming JCAHO-accredited.
Carespring’s mission statement centers around the concept; “Everyday, our staff must listen for thoughts that can’t be spoken and sounds that can’t be heard. Together with families who care, we will create the necessary team approach that will help us hear every word and thought.”
Guided by our hearts, and strengthened by our values, Carespring will be recognized as a leader without boundaries or fear of failure. We will attain our vision through the dedication of exceptional individuals bound by aunified purpose:

We will leave no ground unexplored; miss no opportunity to learn. We are committed to developing and utilizing the necessary infrastructure, technology, and programming to support a true culture of caring. This culture will enable Carespring’s caregivers to realize one common vision together.

About us
Care as it was meant to be.

Unfortunately, the word care has become so overused it has almost become meaningless. So we’d like to share what we mean when we use the word care. To us, care means paying attention. It’s spending time with residents so that we intuitively know what will best help and comfort each resident. Sometimes that means arriving at exactly the right time to help a resident with dressing or bathing. Sometimes it means an extra hug on an extra hard day. Or sometimes it’s getting a group together to go on an outing. Of course, care is medical, too. It’s knowing exactly the right therapy following a knee replacement. Or it’s guided imagery that helps keep a resident mentally alert. But at its heart, care is a bond between residents and the caregivers. We invite you to visit any Carespring community and see how strong that bond can be.
