All-Star Award Program: An Associated Estates All-Star is awarded on a quarterly basis and is intended to reward and recognize those employees who exemplify the Company's Core Values of Commitment, Customer Service, Integrity, Respect and Teamwork. All-Star recipients are selected based on nominations the Company receives from employees, residents, vendors, and prospects. Any employee who is nominated for an All-Star Award will also be considered for the annual MVP award.     In order to provide an unequaled level of customer service, we believe it is critical for us to truly understand who our customers are, and remember that the customer is our number one priority. We, at Associated Estates, have at least four primary customers: residents, fellow employees, investors and vendors. Customer satisfaction begins with how all of our customers are treated: in a timely and courteous manner.
