Free Basic AAA Membership for hired employees

Health/Vision/Prescription Drug Insurance Plan
Full-time employees (30+ hours) are eligible after first 90 days. PPO & High Deductible Health Plan offered.

Wellness Program
Preventive and educational program to reduce employee risk of five chronic diseases.

Participants also receive a discount on their health insurance premiums.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
Eligible the 1st of the month following hire date. Company matches 50% up to first 6% of salary.

Profit Sharing (Eligible after one year service) Depending on position.

Short Term Disability Insurance
Company paid benefit—maximum 13 week coverage at 60% of salary (max $500/wk). Eligible after first 90 days. Depending on position.

Long-Term Disability Insurance
Company paid benefit—up to age 65, 50% of salary (max. $3000/mo). Eligible after first 90 days. Depending on position.

Life Insurance
Company paid benefit—equivalent to one times salary (min $25,000/max $200,000)
