2/18/2015 - Campaign Cup Awarded to Fenix Consulting Group for Excellence

Fenix Consulting Group has been awarded a "Campaign Cup" honor for sales excellence in the fourth quarter on behalf of a major retail client. They were selected to receive the cup based on their leading statistics and quality performance.

Their sales team outperformed for the entire year in 2014 when measured against other sales offices working on the same campaign. The company was also recognized in the second quarter of 2014 and has won this award on three occasions.

Career Opportunities
Our Management Trainee program is an ideal opportunity for career minded individuals looking to gain experience and knowledge about business and leadership. 

All of our team members begin their careers in an entry level role where they spend two weeks on concentrated hands on sales training before
moving into a leadership position within our company.

Individuals who are interested
in an executive role undergo a management training program where they are
coached one on one in the areas of leadership, recruiting, team management, administration,
public speaking, and financial management. They are provided self assessment
tools and career timelines to chart their progress in order to evaluate what professional
development remains to accomplish their careers goals.
