Inside Sales Representative position is a direct sales position. This position is located onsite with a key partner in greater Chicago area. ISR carries a sales quota and is responsible for driving sales within a specific territory and working with a specific Outside Sales Representative. This position is responsible for key aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting for new opportunities, identifying cross sell opportunities, develop, accelerate, up-sell and close sales with customer and partner sales teams. It is expected that this role will increase deal win rates as well as accelerate time to close on key opportunities. Pipeline management and demand generation activities are essential to success. The ideal candidate will have proven direct sales experience as well as experience selling products like Symbol, Intermec, Zebra, LXE, Psion. Working knowledge of Wireless Data Collection solutions, Thermal & Direct Thermal Printer’s and RFID. 2-3 year’s experience of professional AIDC, Barcode Solutions.
Experience building and generating a sales pipeline.
Develop demand generation programs and prospecting campaigns with specific OSR.,
Able to develop strong business relationships
Strong solution selling ability.
Maintains strong understanding of SMG3’s /Manufacturer’s product and service portfolio. Regularly attends trainings and actively stays on top of new product launches and industry trends.
High energy, team player, “losing is not an option” philosophy.
